OUR HISTORY
The Suncoast Pride Chamber was established by a group of LGBTQ+ business leaders committed to building an inclusive economic community in Southwest Florida.
Launched our signature annual gala, bringing together over 200 LGBTQ+ business owners, allies, and community leaders for an evening of celebration and connection.
Grew our reach to formally serve Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties, establishing the Suncoast as a regional hub for LGBTQ+ business advocacy.
Became an official affiliate of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), giving our members access to national resources and LGBTBE® certification support.
Launched our searchable online Business Directory, connecting consumers with LGBTQ+-owned and LGBTQ+-friendly businesses across the Suncoast.
Today we serve hundreds of members across three counties, hosting monthly events, advocating for LGBTQ+ business rights, and building a stronger, more inclusive Suncoast economy.

As an official affiliate of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), our members gain access to national resources, business development opportunities, and the prestigious LGBTBE® (LGBT Business Enterprise) certification — opening doors to corporate and government supplier diversity programs nationwide.
